A halloween contest
In partnership with
Ridgewood's Halloween Contest
We are a group of Ridgewood High School seniors working with the Ridgewood Public Library. Halloween is a favorite holiday of many people, but unfortunately due to COVID-19, Halloween festivities cannot go on as usual. After Halloween was canceled in Ridgewood in 2012 due to Hurricane Sandy, and again when we had a snowstorm, we didn’t want to let Halloween be canceled a third time. So we came up with the idea of a virtual Halloween Costume Contest. This contest gives people of all ages a chance to show off their costumes even while COVID-19 makes it impossible to show them off in person.
About us
We're 4 seniors at RHS, who wanted to give everyone the opportunity to share their costumes this Halloween while still being socially distanced and safe. So we partnered with the Ridgewood Public Library to make this contest possible.
