Submissions
Submissions will be open from October 1st to October 21st. To enter the contest, there will be a google form where contestants will submit a photo of their costume, the name of their costume, their name and age group, and any other details they want to include about their costume. Contestants can submit as many entries as they want, but each person may only win one prize. Submissions will be screened to make sure they are appropriate, non-offensive, and submitted under the correct category. If any submissions violate the guidelines written below, they will be disqualified.

Voting
Voting will be open from October 22nd to October 30th. Anyone can vote and votes will be anonymous. Voting will be completed on a google form that will only allow one vote per email. The winners will be announced on October 31st publicly through a Facebook Live and winners will be contacted by email.

Pumpkin Contest
